Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life can throw curve balls. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. This gives us enough time to accommodate the people on our waiting list and to notify your therapist of the change in their schedule. If less than 24 hours is received, you will be charged 100% of the fee for service. We appreciate your time is valuable and we thank you in advance for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy.
